Anyone interested in participating in a forum about climate, energy and the environment can register for the free Tuesday evening forum. It will feature five newly elected Broward County public officials and several experts on Florida climate and energy issues. It will run from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Zoom.
Register at: www.tinyurl.com/browardforum. It will be live streamed on Facebook and anyone who registers can submit questions for the politicians. Tom O’Hara, editor of The Invading Sea, will moderate the forum.
The panelists are: State Rep. Robin Bartleman, HD 104 (Weston, Southwest Ranches, Pembroke Pines); State Rep. Christine Hunschofsky, HD 96 (Parkland, Coconut Creek, section of Margate, section of Coral Springs); Lauderhill Commissioner Melissa P. Dunn; Hollywood Commissioner Adam Gruber; and Coral Springs Commissioner Nancy Metayer.
