“Cities of the Future: A Public Forum – Building a Shared Vision of the Future” will take place Wednesday, Jan. 22, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The interactive forum will feature an exclusive screening of the film “Cities of the Future 3D” and panel discussions with city officials, engineers and thought leaders.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in shaping the future of Fort Lauderdale and explore how innovations can create smarter, greener cities. Topics include:

  • Flying cars: How close are they?
  • Clean energy: What’s next?
  • Smart cities: Can Fort Lauderdale lead the way?

Admission is free, but seats are limited, and the forum is geared toward adults 18 and older. For more information and registration, visit mods.org/event/cities-of-the-future-a-public-forum/.

MODS is partnering with the American Society of Civil Engineers and MacGillivray Freeman Films on the forum. The museum is located at 401 SW 2nd St. in Fort Lauderdale.
