For Florida Climate Week 2024, The Invading Sea hosted an online panel discussion on the Florida Wildlife Corridor.
The panel discussion explored how the Florida Wildlife Corridor eases climate and population pressures, along with the challenges and opportunities facing land conservation efforts. Nathan Crabbe, editor of The Invading Sea, moderated the discussion. The panelists were:
- Susan Carr, strategic conservation manager, Alachua Conservation Trust
- Joshua Daskin, director of conservation, Archbold Biological Station
- Tom Hoctor, director, Center for Landscape Conservation Planning at the University of Florida
