A video about Gainesville’s electric buses was among the winners of a national contest conducted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

The video, entitled “Electric Beats on City Streets: Our Electric Bus Revolution,” won third place in the electric buses category of the EPA contest. Click below to watch the video, which was submitted by Dan Zhu, the city of Gainesville’s chief climate officer.

The EPA contest — called “My Electric Ride: An EV Transportation Video Challenge” — included videos from across the country about Americans’ experiences with electric cars, buses and bikes. Click here to learn more and watch other videos that received recognition.
