Jeff Berardelli is chief meteorologist and climate specialist for WFLA News Channel 8 in Tampa. He is also an active climate communicator on social media and hosts an online show, Climate Classroom, that can be seen and heard on different platforms included Apple Podcasts and YouTube.
His guest on the most recent Climate Classroom was Colin Polsky, founding director of Florida Atlantic University’s School of Environmental, Coastal, and Ocean Sustainability (ECOS). Polsky also directs FAU’s Center for Environmental Studies, which manages The Invading Sea.
On the show, Polsky discussed the findings of the Florida Climate Resilience Survey. The Center for Environmental Studies has conducted the survey of Floridians’ views on climate change and related issues since October 2019. Watch Berardelli’s discussion with Polsky in the video below.
